Vyrdis Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vyrdis service ("Service") provided by Vyrdis AS.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Vyrdis platform, including all features, APIs, and related services.
• "User" refers to any person who creates an account or uses the Service.
• "Organization" refers to a group of users who share access to common data in the Service.
• "Content" refers to all data, text, images, and other material uploaded to the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Keeping your account information up to date
• Protecting your password and keeping it confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Plans and Pricing

The Service is offered in various plans with different features and limitations. Current prices and plans are displayed on our website and in the Service.

4.2 Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. When upgrading, you will be charged immediately for the new plan. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the next billing period.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid are not refunded.

5. Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
• Attempt to circumvent technical protection mechanisms
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Share account access with persons outside your Organization

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display the content as necessary to deliver the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not infringe on third-party rights and that you have the necessary permissions to use the content.

When the content you upload contains personal data about your own users, Vyrdis acts as data processor and you as data controller. Vyrdis' Data Processing Agreement governs this processing and forms an integral part of these Terms — by accepting the Terms you also accept the Data Processing Agreement. 7. Intellectual Property

Vyrdis, including all software, design, logos, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited usage rights described herein.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do everything we can to keep the Service available to you at all times, but cannot promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of data resulting from use of the Service, unless caused by gross negligence or intent on our part.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately upon breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and all content. You may export your data before termination takes effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Oslo District Court.
